What do I do when I reach Portmeirion?
Follow the signs towards the toll gate (not the car park/exit). You will see road barriers in place – please provide the staff at the toll gate with your name and trader/business name. The staff should then be able to guide you towards Salutation square. Please drive carefully within the village – the space is open to the public and other service vehicles/buggys will be operating in the area.
When do I need to be set-up prior to the event?
Set up for traders is open on the Friday afternoon between 1PM – 8PM.
Set up for traders on Saturday morning will be from 7:30am – 9:00am, ready for opening at 09:30am.
Portmeirion is a vehicle-free zone, therefore we request that cars/vans to be off-site and moved to the dedicated car park before 9:30am.
Where will my stall be based and when will I know?
