Where and when is the event?
The event at Portmeirion will be open to the public 9:30am – 5:30pm Saturday and Sunday, 2nd and 3rd May 2026.

What do I do when I reach Portmeirion?
Unless arranged with the organisers, authors will enter the village from the car park. When arriving at Portmeirion, please follow the signs towards the car park. The toll booth will be a short distance from the car park.
When you arrive at the toll booth, please provide the staff at the toll gate with your name and author details/contact details. The staff should then be able to guide you towards the Bristol Colonnade or Salutation square. Please be aware the space is open to the public and other service vehicles/buggys will be operating in the area.
Tables will be set up inside the Bristol Colonnade for you, chairs will be available.
If you are carrying a large number of items, we recommend bringing a trolley to transport items from the car park to the Bristol Colonnade.
Please notify organisers of your arrival. The information point will be located in Salutation square, where a member of the team will be available.
When do I need to be set-up prior to the event?
Set up for authors on Saturday morning will be from 7:30am – 9:00am, ready for opening at 09:30am.
Where can I park?
Portmeirion has a free car park available all day, with blue badge and EV charging available. Traders will be directed towards the overflow car park, we encourage authors to park with the traders/exhibitors.
Please see the images displaying signage for the overflow carpark/large vehicles. Traders/exhibitors will be parking alongside the hedge (Where the transit is parked in the photo).
Food on-site
We have arranged extended cafe hours with Portmeirion. The Caffi Glas will be open and serving food for extended hours (hours to be confirmed).
